Kids Exercise Tips from the Toots.

Lil MC - Pick your favorite toot tune and dance in place for 3 minutes.  Tootally Cool Twist - Play the air guitar as you dance for an added kick!

Zap - Set up a relay race with your friends.  Place a pile of peanuts in a bucket on one side of the room and an empty bucket on the other side.  See how many peanuts you can transfer from one bucket to the other in 3 minutes.  Tootally Cool Twist - play the game outside to extend the distance and run even farther!

Sparkle - Fill up two shopping bags and use them as dumbbells in each hand and hold at your sides.  Raise the packages up above your head 10 times each then rest and repeat 4 more times. Tootally Cool Twist - balance a tiara on your head while working out to show that you're a true diva!

Picasso - Draw your best hopscotch pattern and play with your friends, or challenge yourself to a solo game.  Tootally Cool Twist - draw twice as many numbers as you normally do and "supersize" the pattern.

Flora - Keep your hips moving and hula hoop for 3 minutes.  Try to see how long you can hula hoop for or challenge your friends to a competition.  Tootally Cool Twist - try more than one hula hoop or try the ankle hula hoop technique!
