What is the activation period for memberships?

Memberships activate when payment processes. The method of payment will determine the
processing timeframe.

Credit Card:
Memberships activate immediately.


I have already created an account as a non-member. Do I keep my identity and my peanuts when signing up for a paid membership?

Yes. Identity, peanuts and other details remain when you sign up for a membership, so long as you use
the same "Toot" username you had as a non-member.

I have purchased a membership, but I do not have access to membership benefits.

To initiate your new membership, please log off and sign back in. If you still don't have access to your membership benefits, please contact accountsupport@tootsville.com.

How may I pay for a membership?

Tootsville accepts all major credit cards including: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Note: Please do not send payments directly to our office. Payments sent to our office will not be processed.


What currencey does Tootsville operate by?

Tootsville fees/pricing are in USD.

Is my financial information secure?

We operate with a 128-bit secure, encyption technology, so you can be confident that your financial
information is secure.


Do you have a policy on refunds?

Tootsville membership fees are non-refundable.


Are discount rates available for group purchases?

We're sorry but, discount rates are not available for group or family purchases.

Does my membership automatically renew?

Memberships do not automatically renew.


How do I renew my membership?

For membership renewal, please go to Join Us and select the membership package that's right for you! In order to maintain your Toot's current inventory, be sure you set-up your membership with the same username.

Can I change my membership package?

If you would like to update your monthly membership package, you must cancel your monthly membership before purchasing another membership option. Note: Please be sure to use the same username, so any residual (monthly) time will carry over to your new membership package.

If you would like to change a 6 or 12-month membership package to a monthly membership, the current standing membership must first expire.


Can I change my payment method?

To use a different method of payment, for your monthly membership, you must cancel your monthly membership and wait until the end of the billing cycle to purchase a membership using the new method of payment. Note: Please be sure to use the same username, so any residual (monthly) time will carry over to your new membership package.


Is a membership transferable?

Memberships are not transferable.

How do I cancel my membership?

Only monthly memberships are eligible for cancellation. To cancel, go to "Moving Out"/Cancel My Membership. You will need your "Toot" username and password to cancel your account. Your membership will end at the close of the monthly billing cycle.
Note: The option to cancel is available with monthly memberships, only.


What is the timeframe for cancellation?

Your monthly membership will cancel at the close of the monthly biling cycle.


The option to renew is available only when trying to cancel my membership.

If only the option to renew is available, your membership has been cancelled and will end at the close of the monthly billing cycle.
