How do I become a member?

  1. Create a Toots Account. Please go to the login page
    and click on the "Create An Account" button . Be sure to
    complete all steps when creating a Toot's account
    including parent approval.

  2. Select a membership package. Your Toots account must be
    approved by a parent before purchasing a membership. With your
    parent, please go to Become a Member and select the membership
    package that's right for you.

  3. Verify a membership. A receipt, validating your membership purchase,
    will display when the order is complete. A confirmation email will also

    be sent to the parent's email address provided. To initiate a new
    membership, please
    log off and sign back in.

How do I update my password?

If you've forgotten your current password or think someone may
know your password, please email generalsupport@tootsville.com
You will need your Toot's Username and the parent email address used
for account activation.

Where is my parent's approval email?

If your parent did not receive the parent approval email, after you
created an account,
please check that our email did not filter into
your parent's bulk or junk mail folder before creating a new Toot's account.

How do I cancel my membership?

Only monthly memberships are eligible for cancellation. To cancel
your monthly membership please go to " Moving Out" located under
the Become a Member tab.
You will need your Toot's username,
password and the parent email address used for account activation.
Your membership will end at the close of the monthly billing cycle.

Note: The option to cancel is available for monthly memberships only.
